BeWell Grace Medical provides telehealth-only medical care for patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of their visit. There are no in-person visits and no walk-ins.
All services are self-pay. Insurance is not accepted.
Do you accept insurance?
No. BeWell Grace Medical does not accept insurance. All visits are offered on a transparent self-pay basis.
How much does a visit cost?
Pay-Per-Appointment

- Follow-up visit: $59
Monthly Membership
- $69.95 per month
- Includes 2 visits per month
- Cancel anytime — no contract
- Additional visits beyond the monthly limit are billed at $59 per visit

Is this in-person or virtual care?
All care is provided via telehealth only. BeWell Grace Medical does not offer in-person visits or physical clinic locations.
Do you collect medical information on the website?
No. Protected health information (PHI) is not collected through this website. All medical information is handled securely through the CharmHealth Patient Portal.
Who can use BeWell Grace Medical services?
Services are available to patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of their telehealth visit.
What conditions can you treat?
Providers may evaluate and treat a variety of non-emergency conditions appropriate for telehealth, including:
- Erectile dysfunction (ED)
- Abdominal pain (non-emergency)
- Emergency prescription refills and renewals (including EpiPen)
- GERD / acid reflux
- Malaria prevention and pre-travel consultations
- Diarrhea and constipation
- Lab and imaging review and interpretation
- Hiccups
- Allergies
- Fatty liver and Wegovy-related care
- PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis)
- Hormone replacement therapy (when appropriate)
- Nutritional and health counseling
- Insomnia*
- Anxiety and depression* (must be in active counseling)
Can I receive prescriptions?
Prescriptions may be issued the same day when clinically appropriate, permitted by Florida law, and at the provider’s discretion. BeWell Grace Medical is not responsible for pharmacy delays, availability, inventory, insurance decisions, or fulfillment issues.
What if I have a medical emergency?
BeWell Grace Medical does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
