Can I submit this to my insurance?
BeWell Grace Medical does not submit claims to insurance. If you choose to submit documentation independently, reimbursement is determined by your insurer.
How do memberships work?
Membership is $69.95 per month and includes 2 visits per month. You can cancel anytime with no contract.
If visit limits are exceeded, additional visits are billed as a $59 follow-up visit.
What if I need urgent care?
We will direct you to your nearest urgent care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
