Language Assistance Services

BeWell Grace Medical, LLC provides telehealth-only virtual care in Florida. We do not offer in-person visits or walk-ins. Patients must be physically located in Florida at the time of the visit. BeWell Grace Medical is self-pay only.

Free assistance services

In compliance with applicable civil rights laws, BeWell Grace Medical provides the following services at no cost and in a timely manner:

  • Language assistance services, including qualified interpreters and translated materials, for individuals with limited English proficiency.
  • Auxiliary aids and services, including qualified sign language interpreters, video remote interpreting, and information in alternate formats (such as large print, audio, or accessible electronic formats), for individuals with disabilities.
  • Reasonable modifications to policies, practices, or procedures when necessary to ensure equal access to services.

How to request assistance

If you need language assistance, auxiliary aids, or a reasonable modification to participate in BeWell Grace Medical’s services, contact us using one of the methods below.

Important: Do not submit personal medical information (PHI) through this website or by email. All PHI and clinical communications are handled through the CharmHealth Patient Portal.

Emergency notice

If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. BeWell Grace Medical does not provide emergency care.

If a clinician recommends an in-person evaluation, it means with another provider, clinic, or hospital—not BeWell Grace Medical.
