BeWell Grace Medical provides telehealth-only services to individuals physically located in the State of Florida. We do not offer in-person care, walk-in services, or emergency medical services.

BeWell Grace Medical is not an insurance company, pharmacy, or prescription fulfillment service. If a prescription is issued, fulfillment is handled by an independent pharmacy, and BeWell Grace Medical is not responsible for pharmacy delays, availability, or processing decisions.

4. User Eligibility and Representations

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. Parents or legal guardians may access Services on behalf of minors under their legal responsibility.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to comply with all applicable laws while using the Services.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services. Provisions related to liability limitations, indemnification, and disclaimers survive termination.
